O.P. Video card reccomendation
I have someone offering me a good deal on a new graphics card, to upgrade my on board video. The card in question is a ati radeon 9250SE, 128 MB

anyone have any experiences with this particular card?

I used to have this card. Could just about play grand theth auto with it. :/ And its only Direct X 8. :-/

Firstly, forget that card lol.

Secondly, what's your current system? It's no use buying a 350$ card if it's going to bottleneck with the CPU / RAM.. :)

the deal is, I'm trading a 512 DDR2 stick for it
my current specs are only 1.66GHz Athlon XP and 256Mb 2700 system RAM. I really doubt that the bottleneck will occur with the vid card... 8-)
