help desk.. i just got a job in help desk and im in my second day w00t w00t but this time of year people are all coming out of UNI and TAFE and COLLEDGE and so there are 250000 people going for 30000 jobs. so its pretty intense. what certifications do you have? i am MCSA, HDA, A+, etc..
