Would it be possible to tell WLM how to stretch a picture? For example:

|<-----WLM stretches it all the way----->|

When I want it like this:

|-----|<-----WLM stretches it partly----->|

^^^ This part is left alone, while the rest of the picture is stretched.

And also, can you just replace .msrle files with .pngs normally? lolnub

I think this is a part of the MetaData saved in the resource-group 4006 which contains information like this about every image. It's very simple, you can edit it with your MP!L skin by using the <MetaData> tag inside your <Picture>. More information read the skinning documentation.
