O.P. forgotten password?

Can anybody tell me how I can retrieve my password so that I can alter my preferences in Msg Plus! Live (4.60)? as I have forgotten my password, I use Windows Live Messenger 8.5 on XP home edition, I have limited
knowledge on computers so I am really stuck, you help would be very much appreciated, thanks!
