There was an interesting and very relevant thread here yesterday about issues concerning the website translation - what happened to it? Deleting it without giving a reason seems a bit drastic, no?

Apprantly an admin moved it to a forum where only Yuna staffs can see...I don't know the reason though, somebody might be able to explain.

I did not read it, can't read it if it is now in staff only forum, nor have I noticed it....so I'm sorry if it is something I should know considering I'm doing coordination for translations of website (-marketing/toolbar) and software...

After reviewing that thread thoroughly I have decided to move it back. There are no "sensitive" matters afa I can see.

You might consider giving us translators a private board to discuss these things. Staff and beta testers are able to discuss everything freely, but we have to be careful what we discuss. Not fair.

Agreed, I don't even know why this wasn't done years ago.

I've read it now and I can understand why a move was requested....but why to a staff only forum, I can also not access that! I don't like it if there's complaints in public. If any concerns send me an email! If it was up to me translators would have their own forum too..but hey I'm no admin here (I might be able to arrange such on the new forum tho)...did you guys ever request such?

mnjul, will you be so kind to move that thread to the beta testing forum instead of staff forum?

The intention was to see if others were having the same problem, then contact you if necessary. An error report is more effective if several people are experiencing the problem. But if the admins are going to go North Korea on us every time we want to discuss a potential problem, then I guess we'll have to stick to e-mailing you directly.
