Hi, I found a problem when i try to decrypt one of my instant message's log.. I have the password and when i try to decrypt, the program show the following message error:
"An error occurred while trying to decrypt the file. Please restart your computer or try another"
I do what the error message says, but no results...
Now I need the file, and i wanna know if is possible to recuperate the content... I hope so
That's the point, the password works and then the program begins the decryption, but at the end i got an error... I forgot to say this, sorry...
The error isnt because the password, seems like the file is corrupted or something like this. When I open the file with the notepad, I can see the content encrypted and I want to know if any developer can decrypt the file for me, if I give the password, obviously, you know? And no, the error doesn't begun after I opened the file with notepad.. I just open with notepad after I tryed to open by the normal way
If the file is corrupt there is no way to get the data from it. You can post the file and PM me the password and I can try but there is no guarantee it will work.

Unfortunately the file is corrupted. It accepts the password but fails to recover the data.
Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do.
And regarding the rep points you need to have 100 posts minimum to give someone a reputation.
