O.P. no speaker icon in the conversation window WinME

Hi..

I'm using msn 7.0.0777 and Plus! 3.52.130 on WinME having a problem with new sound icon in the conversation window I've tried absolutely everything but it just won't show the Plus! icon is there but no speaker icon my sound drivres are installed and working fine I can hear and use the built-in sounds perfectly but no icon

any ideas anyone?

resize the message typing panel in the chat window.... and the icon will appear..
