i forgot my password and i was wonder wat i could do to get it back or delete it or something plz someone help me

You can't get your password back because it is encrypted. You can however turn the password protection off so you can enter a new password. see:

umm where can i find the folder??

What folder? there is no folder to go to...

You need to go to your registry. But be carefull, do not play around in the registry as this can mess up your computer big time!

To go to you registry:
1) Click on Start
2) Click on Run...
3) Type regedit
4) Press <enter>
