Whom do I need to contact to ask permission to use the smilies from WL Messenger and WL Plus on my forum? I do not plan to use all of them, just some of them. It looks like you are using them here on this forum already.

I dont think you need permission, and half of those emotes are included in WLM, which is created by microsoft, and you dont want to give microsoft credit, do you?
