Hello guys..
I was wondering why my Audio/Video Tuning Wizard wont work anymore. Everytime I press the tools-audio/video tuning wizard, it always shows me an error message of "We are Unable to Run Audio/Video Tuning Wizard at this time"

You may wanna repair or uninstall then reinstall MSN Messenger, just run the installationfile again
I also noticed you are using MSN 7 beta, if a reinstall doesn't work blame it on it beeing a beta (buggy).

I have tried to reinstall....or do the uninstall and reinstall again. I have even tried the Messenger 6.2. Yet, it still shows the same error over and over.

By the way, I received the "We are having technical difficulties accessing the audio and video capabilities of your computer.  Please restart MSN Messenger and try again." error messsage if I press audio button on chat windows

If you are using a router/non-XP firewall or NAT have a look at Setting up Video and Voice over a router/non-XP firewall or NAT.

Hmm, i found something else on messenger site concerning Intel network cards:

If you are using Windows XP and you have an Intel network card, you may experience problems using the MSN Messenger audio feature. Some Intel network cards enable 802.1p wireless connection support by default, but don't provide a way to disable that support.
Turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler may fix this problem. To do this:

In Windows, click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Click Network and Internet Connection, and then click Network Connections.
Right-click the network or Internet connection that is currently enabled, and then click Properties.
Clear the QoS Packet Scheduler check box.
Restart your computer.
Sign in to MSN Messenger and try using the audio feature again.

If that's not working please specify wich OS you are using etc. I'm afraid it can't be solved if you are using wireless.
