ah the joys of being ripped.
Asides from being ripped from another skin the concept was ok, I'm not a fan of min max and close since they make absolutely no sense and do not reflect what actions happen when you click them.

Should say Xbox 360 rather than just Xbox.
Gradient is nice.
Like Willz said, the min. max. and close don't reflect what they actually do, so pointless and unneeded.

It looks nice, shame it is a ripped skin, i like the simplistic and gradient looks of these guys, like Willz Aero and things like that ...there used to be a signature here |

It's pretty nice, but personally I'd make it more matte white to show the actual colours of the xbox 360, and perhaps the use of the xbox 360 circles:

I'm not a massive fan of gradients and stuff, but that's just me.
You could also try basing it around the dashboard of the 360:
