Like every minute my name keeps changing to "Hello World!" and it gets the time as the private message. Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

You quite obviously have a script or program installed that does this. Most likely is a script. Post a list of the scripts you use and we can try to help you.

Ok everyone problem resolved. It was a script that kept changing my name.
