Hello i have windows live messenger 14 the final version but when i install msg live plus 5 it wont work, i realise at the install process it shows 100% downloaded and starts installing at 58% and then it jumps to 64% and completes the process thats when i start messenger and nothing have changed , its not installed . Can someone help please. I do not want to install the windows live messenger 5.

yongjie222, can you try the instructions in the link matty posted and post back if it worked or not?

I ask this explicitly because it could be the (buggy) web-installer, but it could also be something else.
