Hi, i m new here,i came across this Messenger Plus features, when i install them i realise that there's alot of adware..so i uninstall the features instead, however when i uninstall, i realise that my frenz contact names has been change to email add insteaed..!!!
I cant view their default names anymore..can anyone teach me how to return to their default??PLS HELP!!. i
For your contacts names, you need to go to, in you main msn window, Contacts>Manage Contacts> View contacts by> Display Name and then restart msn messenger.
For the "adaware" part, it seems you installed the sponser program. All it is is a IE toolbar. It's simple to get removed just go to start control pannel add/remove programs and then select Messenger Plus! and uninstall it. Then re-install and don't allow the sponser program to install on your machine. Hope this helps.
