Can you first tell us about what program you're talking about? Because that isn't clear; we talked about several programs in this thread, and I gave a link to even more programs... so, be more detailed... 

yeah but do u really wanna have Pgtgm chewing up all of your ram just for it to be used to check ur gmail? why not just use gtray or gmail notifier? In both cases you have to use an external program anyways?

Nah it's ok, I got gmail notifier and it works a charm.

Just checked out Gmail Notifier. It has got me buggered how it works. No configuration at all for it, yet it looks up your Gmail account... Is this correct?

Something wrong with the Pop Goes the Gmail?
When i unzip it, it says it could not find "mscoree.dll". Or should it be unzipped to some certain place?

gmail notifier basically sees if your logged in.. if so then it will check for new emails... i dont know the exact time.. maybe half a minute ?? anyways then it gives  u a little popup that closes by itself and tells you where you got mail from and some description.. it doesnt ruin Full screen games thats what i like about it
