This is not a bug report because I have already emailed it to Patchou. This is simply posted to make people aware of the bug so that it isn't reposted about.

If you have a window open like the Preferences or the Contact List Clean Up window and a contact sends you a file the auto accept tries to accept the file for you but failes and will repeadily try but failes because of the other window being open.

Yep, I got your email... the problem is that this issue cannot really be solved, I would tend to call it a known limitation. I'll try to make it "look better" though.

um.... what if it auto accepts files even when you arent using the feature? it is autoaccepting files, and i cant get it to stop so i uninstalled it.... ima reinstall it now and see if it wants to keep on

You may want to check your settings:

Untick "Plus > Preferences > Instant Messages > General Options > Automaticly accept requests by default"

And also, in a conversation, make sure you didn't tick "Plus > Auto-accept requests"
