O.P. How do u tell if other ppl are using Messenger Plus?

Hi, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't know what keywords to search for to find it.

Is it possible to tell if other ppl are using Messenger Plus, and if so how?

Asking is the more accurate way

You can also use the /ping command, but be aware that it can be disabled in Plus preferences.
