O.P. sounds database
On the sounds.msgplus.net webpage it says:

Last Updated: March 20, 2005, 12:01 pm

How about adding the Time Zone, so people know better when it was updated.

Just my 2 cents :)

it will be patchous time zone i guess, which is "GMT - 5"
