How i can do to eliminate the configuration assistant that appears the first time that a user enter to the MSN?

The configuration wizard cannot be disabled and is always displayed autoamtically the first time (and the first time only) a user connects on Messenger with Plus! installed. That way, new users or users of a public computer are aware of functions like logging and can disable them.

But most of the users close the assistant in the first screen and keep enabled the history and they don'y know that their conversations are being recorded. Is there a option to disable the historial for all the users?
