There are two lists here, allow and block, block people, allow people, to your heart's content. All simple so far, but my block list is full of people I don't even remember or don't want lying around in that list, and when I right click 'Delete' is greyed out.

How do I get rid of them? o.O

If "delete" is greyed out it means they still have you on their contactlist. If you remove them from the block list (to the allow list) they will be able to contact you again.

And as long as they have you on their contact list, you can not delete them from your list(s) (hence the greyed out "delete"); there is nothing you can do about it. They need to remove you from their contact list and only then you can fully delete them; this is how the messenger protocol works...

You can use Noroom's ListManager to clean your list :)

Although it has a very good, easy and understandable GUI, it will not do anything more then what you already can do in MSN Messenger and will not help at all in this case because of the things I said in my previous post...
