I was wondering, can we have a [hl] (highlite) tag?

I dont think it will be hard to make...

What do you think?

only if people abuse it though, if you need to emphasis your point, consider using bold, italics, underlines or just simply change colour

Especially when some n00b finds out it exists, then we'll have posts made with red text on blue background, because the n00bs think they're 'l33t'.

Well we could hide the feature, and not have it as a seen feature....

Even if it was included, its gonna look dodgy on the blue background

Nope bad idea ... abused easily ....
Thats the reason why we dont have html, macro's etc enabled

They're called the colour tags if you want to highlight things.

Not to mention, as has already been said, it will be annoying as hell.
