That could be because the file type isnt supported, therefore it wont allow a next option.

what file are you trying to use then? Give me the file path with the file name please.

he is trying to use an aac file which wont work because plus doesnt and probably cant support it. you could attempt to change it to .mp3 with some illegal software if you want thats the only way you can get the file onto plus

So, what you are trying is to use .AAC files? They are not supported by Plus! i guess so they dont appear in that little tb where it says the formats of music fiiles .AAC is nt there for sure,so they dont appear.

Go into itunies go to option and select mp3 format. Right lcik the song in your music libary and select convert to mp3. Then it will work
