Hi, I am hoping that somebody can help me.Every time i sign in to messanger plus i get redirected to killercarrot saying its an msn handwriting error does anyone out there know how i can fix the problem? I would be very grateful for your advice. Many thanks karen

install windows journal viewer..

And also: You do not sign in into Messenger Plus!, you sign in to MSN Messenger. Messenger Plus! does not replace MSN Messenger, it only adds some extra functions to MSN Messenger. You still use and chat with MSN Messenger...

The reason you get that error page when you sign in to MSN Messenger, is because at that time Messenger Plus! is also loaded and thus also its plugins get loaded. One of these plugins is the Handwriting plugin which requires you that you have installed either the Ink Redistributables or the Windows Journal Viewer (as that error page explains in great detail)...
