O.P. "Open windows notification" 80% time won't work for me?

MSN Messenger 7.5.0311
MsgPlus 3.61.145
MDX2 Ver 2.0.00 (Build Oct 20, 2005)
StuffNg 2.2.397

When my frds send me message, I seldom get the "Open conversation windows" notification. About only 2 of of 10 times I will get notification fm some frds.

Ayyone knows why?

The stuffplug notification isn't reliable. It's can't always detect when someone opens/closes a window.
