In the contact list window:

Plus!  -->  Sound Library...  -->  Add New Sounds...  -->  Export existing sounds to create a new soundpack

And click the Select All button to export them all.
SoundPacks   -   Scripts   -   Skins

that's not a bug, thats an unexpected feature
