In Plus!Live (only for Windows Live Messenger) this will be extended to 12 seconds max. Other than that no, nothing possible..unless ofcourse you play/record two sounds after eachother...totals 20 seconds (24 in Live), you can shift the part Plus! records (see Plus! tutorial Sound Creation)

you could make a quick text called "/20secsong" or something and have the quick text message be
/sound #<number here for part 1>
/sound #<number here for part 2>

so you would not have to manually select 2
Quick note and addition: when making a quicktext with multiple sound commands like this, only the first sound will be played. All following sounds will not be played as long as the first one is playing. They will also not start to play once the first sound ends.
