What exactly do you mean? You want to steal the persons name? Or be able to copy their name?
If you want to steal it simply put in the conversation window /nick (!N)
If you want to copy it right click the contact from the conversation window and click Messenger Plus! Extras > Contact Information, or type /info in the conversation window.
