How to position a navi bar?
I wat to position a navi bar on my page do I use css or something and how do I do it thanks!

Yes, you would use css, and you would position it just like positioning anyother element.
Google for a CSS positioning tutorial, as it can do a better job of explaining it than i can.

http://www.w3schools.com/css
is a great starting point, that's where I learnt CSS to begin with. You can then build on that.
