anyone think/know if its possible to make a script to change font/colour of font/size etc? i have no idea and probably couldnt do it myself anyway.

You can mimic the user opening that dialog and select different options.

You can try the registry.

Is any of this simple? No. Will people likely make it for you? Likely not.
