help, im so stressed i cant work msn messenger 8.0 when i try to sign in it doesnt work and an error code 800401f3 appears??? ive tried re-registering my MSXML library but i recieve a return code 0x80004005, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling msn messenger about 5 times but im having no luck please please help........! if any help is available please can it be explained as simple as possible as im not good with computerz?

uhh.. i just did what some other person replied to do..

go to:
Start,
Run,
& type
%userprofile%\contacts
then, if no folders show,
go to tools.
folder options
''show hidden files or folders''
then find your email adress, and delete that folder.
THEN,
go to
Start,
Run,
and type
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

&& delete your folder again.
then restart messenger
and sign in.

^^ it worked for me.

well i tried that too and it didnt work. i recently got my computer fixed... it wouldnt turn on... and now msn live doesnt work at all. hotmail does.
so far i have
-re installed a million times
-deleted msn and re installed
- repaired
- and done the above instructions.
none have worked and im not good with computers so can someone help me!??

Was Operating system are you running? Windows XP? also, any error codes?

and then clicked on download msxml3.msi.... after i installed that it works fiiiine. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
