Hey all..
Well, to be right to the point:
I can't change any preferences , because it says "you need to be logged in to access preferences"..even though i'm already logged in.

Also, the contact names don't appear in the tabs..it's just empty.

nvm, i have a problem with the generic win32 service..which disables itself after hibernation..
rebooted and all's fine
