I downloaded a bunch of sound clips, all less than 8 seconds long. When I tried to make them into Emotion Sounds, only one worked, while the rest loaded correctly, but when I tried to save them or preview them, (at the clipping screen), it said "An error occurred while working on the sound".

Is this an issue with me, MSN, or the sound?

Custom emoticon sounds are a feature of Messenger Plus!.

Messenger and Messenger Plus! are two different programs. Messenger Plus! is an addon for Messenger.
