When I switch COD 4 to Multiplayer Mode it gives the error :

      Error during initialization:
      EXE_ERR_NOT_FOUND[]nfigure.mp.csv
     
aby ideas or sth about file?

Have you tried copying that file to where it should be (it seems that file is missing?)

Do you have the 1.6 Patch? (came out recently)

If you have that, make sure you upgrade to 1.7 which is now available ;], 1.6 IS required to get 1.7 though.
