I have recently purchased a new  Logitech camera to use with msn 8.5 and after ten minutes of being connected my camera freezes and l am no longer able to send typed messages and l have to close the program and come back but this continually happens with no warning
I have been intouch with Logitech the camera manufacturer and they assure me it is an MSN related problem can you help

People would always like to pass the blame. does the camera run ok for 10 minutes just being previewed on screen without WLM? If not, get back in touch with them.

I will however say that I have had lots of bad experiences with webcams over messenger.

Thank you for your help and yes the camera works fine with the logitech software l have no drop outs at all its just MSN
