O.P. Huh?  .ml20
ive recorded a stream from a webcam, but its saved as a .ml20 file, and i dont know what to play it with, anyone know??

it will be stored in the webcam recorder main page

right click and press play

or

right click and export :)

app directiory -> folder called streams -> place the file there


and then open the app and it should be there :D

I attempted to follow the instructions, but to no avail.

It says the codec cannot be found. Any help?

I'm using WLM 8.5.1302.1018

Unless you have exported it, it can only be opened in the Webcam recorder program.
