When msn connection fails, and the msn is at the syste tray, a message box will pop up with green buddy as icon. Can we change this?

Thanks for your response. I have changed icon group in msgres.dll and msnmsgr.exe, but this icon won't change as I show in attachment.

I want to change this icon because I do not want to show any apparent msn green buddy icon for my messenger.(to avoid boss's shoulder staring......)

So if any way to avoid this message box shown will also be appreciated.

And I know that if the msn is not at system tray but at task bar, the icon won't appear. I just want to find a better way.

If you know when your boss is approaching, you can use the Boss Protection in Messenger Plus! Live. To do this you press CTRL-SPACE (first time it will ask if you're sure so make sure to do it once before you use it for real)
