O.P. One for the Boffins
Hi, I've a problem which has just started and I'm finding difficult to cure. I run messenger version 2008-8.5.1302.1018, Plus 4.70.0.334 with XP home. When I open messenger and double click a contact I no longer get a contact window on my desktop, the named contact appears within my taskbar but will not open or restore when I click the button. I'm currently running virgin anti virus and anti spyware. I've fully removed and reinstalled messenger and plus but the problem's still there.
I suspect the problems within my xp system but nothing else is affected. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. many thank
