I have always wanted something like this to be invented, would be useful to spy on old ladies getting changed in there bedrooms on a sunday evening people
Would anyone happen to know if they are selling them yet?
Pffff... That so old isn't anything exciting at all... I even have seen such a thing being sold as toy (incl. camera) 3 years ago in Seattle and played with it for 5 minutes (I even almost bought it too). It was twice as small though and looked not that solid. And I can remember a similar toy (without camera) from being sold years before that in London.
The only 'new' thing as far as I'm concerned is the link between this (very old) toy and the interface with the iphone, which is a cool thing. But which is also just a natural evolution of the type of interface of the iphone.
File it in the seen-that/done-that old gadget category

When you use it to spy on your neighbours they probably will call the police because of the noise rather than for invading their privacy, lol...
Make one which is silent and I would buy it
(hang on, that exists too... and has a way bigger range and fly time: RC zeppelin... hmmm.. easier to shoot down with a bb gun though... )
