There is a bug in the logic... how can countries with no members have a .02% of the total members?

For instance Montserrat has dylan! this country has .02% however Zambia has none but shares the same percentage...

The member count seems to be off for every country anyway, compared to the number of usernames listed for each country

for example UK: no. users shown: 695, actual members in the list:131

edit: oh, does it only list members with more than x posts (maybe 1+ post)? I guess that would explain it.

Actually Zambia does have one member, as indicated by the "1" in the first column. However, the username list doesn't show members with zero posts.
