can somebody help me please,

People keep apparently "slapping" me with a "wet fish" or something....Can anybody tell me how to slap them back?

I've tried that, It doesnt work apparently the command is not "recognised"

Did you ever checked out your Messenger Plus! preferences?
Plus > Preferences > Message Helpers > Quick Texts > Quick-Text Number 1


The slap-command (/slap) is a default example of a Quicktext using the action message-command /me. The slap-command is put into Messenger Plus! as an example the first time you install Plus! and it can/will be overwritten if you define quicktexts for yourself....

Basicly, read all the help-pages to know how to define a QuickText and what commands you can use (like the /me command) and how to enable/disable commands...

to do it in forums, you /slap <name>. but in msn you just /slap

hmm, having a bit of bother still tho... "/slap" just doesnt work, Ive made a quick text with the content being
"57(!NP) 4Slaps57 (!N) 4with a smelly, wet fish!".

But other people seem to have this as standard, could somebody tell me the actual content of their quick-text that slaps people?

it comes in purple because it's an acction command (ie: you're using the /me command) You can change that in the preferences panel of plus (plus > prefences > instant messages > commands & tags > format of action messages). Note that the color changes will be only visible in your computer, not in your contacts'
