Thanks, but this being a bug forum and this being a bug in Plus, I thought it'd be more useful to get it fixed. :P

Ok my bad, the problem has nothing to do with Messenger Plus! directly. It's only because my windows doesn't let apps close nicely on shutdown. Hence MSN never gets to actually close properly. My bad. :$
