when i'm in a chat with some one my typin has a delay of 4 a 5 sec and after the 4 or 5 sec it will appear in my screen how can i fix it!

and also when i start a new conversation with some one the srceen has also a 3 or 4 sec delay
its very irritant lol that was dutch!!

Wel, delays happen sometimes and can be caused be a lot of things.
For example, when you have an older PC it can take some times to load the conversation screen. And on some internet connections can have a big delay like you describe.

With the typing delay, does that only happen at the first message of a conversation or do all the messages you type during a conversation get delayed? Also, are messages delayed in both directions or only the messages you send to your contact (what contact sends to you has no delay)?
