where can i find the emoticon adder, that works with the latest version of msn messenger & messenger plus?

i think works with messenger plus ! but i have never tryed so u will need to read the "read me.txt" to find out

how can i remove them all after they are added?

The custum emoticons? Click on the emoticon button in a conversation, then click My Custom Emoticons then pick the emoticon you want to delete and hit remove....You have to do it 1 by one tho I think..
