I put a password for the prefferences and i forgot it, is there a way to get it back or to change it somehow?

Yes, there is a way. You can either uninstall Messenger Plus! without keeping your preferences and reinstalling (the easiest way), or you can use the way CookieRevised described at CookieRevised's reply to Preferences Password. Note that that last way is not recommended if you don't know what registry editing is.
