O.P. Is this possible?

Are we now able to have voice conversations with more than one other person? Like a 3 way telephone call...

Not at the moment, but Microsoft are bringing out premium services that should be able to achieve this.

it would be cool if microsoft did that, but i would prefer multi-party conference....

If you want to do that then you can use Microsofts Live Meeting...

PS: wrong forum, this has nothing todo with Messenger Plus!. Messenger Plus! is "only" an addon for MSN Messenger; you still are using MSN Messenger
