O.P. Happy  Control Contacts
Hi

I am looking for a plugin or software that can control adding or deleting contacts of msn messenger. Something like a parental control with a password restriction to alow the user to add or delete contacts

Can somebody please help me

MSN Messenger already has this, but MSN Explorer has to be installed before you can do this.
