[color=purple] Can sum1 plz help me, all the writing in msn and msnger is in Japanese and i don't know how 2 change it 2 english *-)

Do you mean Messenger, Plus, or both?
If Messenger, download and install the English version from http://messenger.msn.com/.
If Plus!, this screenshot should help:
