what program can i use to burn dvd-rw's, so that i can burn , the erase everything, and re burn stuff?

well first of all u need a DVD cd that is eraseable and rewritable..programs ..there are lots of programs .. Nero for example

ok...i have nero, now how to i copy files to the dvd-rw?

Open Nero SmartStart, choose Data (at the top), then choose 'Make Data DVD'. If you want to erase a DVD+-RW, click Extras then click 'Erase DVD'
