Hi, can i know if there's is any way to check the last time a user signed in ??

Yes, right-click on your contact and choose Plus! => Info

It will show the last time you saw this contact online.

Additionally, you might want to check out the tutorials (they explain it better than myself).

Just something to keep in mind. In order for Plus! to log when the user last logged in you need to be logged into MSN Messenger.

And it only shows the last time you've been online at the same time. They may have signed in since then while you've been offline, and there's no way to tell in that case.
