O.P. Stolen email
well hey, if an email was stolen, or password was forgotten the only way is to use secret answer or alternate email option, else if u have a paid email u can use ur billing info.
so if u dont have all above you have to contact passport team for inverstigation, they will ask u for some information.
so what happend with me is my friend's email was stolen , and when u got to reset my password there is no secret question, and for the alternate email it's just the same one.
so we contacted hotmail, but they always replied the information are incomplete, even that we filled all the things over there.
so is there any other way ??!! else than all above
thanks in advance

RE: Stolen email
The way to get your account back is only through hotmail, email them back with more information about your account, contact size, contacts emails etc

RE: Stolen email
You basiclly have to prove to Hotmail that you are the true owner, remember the 'new' holder is inocent until proven guilty. It will be a hard task, but every scrap of information you can recall will help prove your case to them.
Good Luck

RE: Stolen email
You might just have to be patient. They probably have loads to go through.
